Up and running in three steps

Download the ZIP
Pick your platform. Choose the AI edition only if you want the optional chat assistant.

Extract it
Unpack the whole archive to a folder of your choice, not just the executable.

Start CoPYlot
Open ProteomicsCoPYlot.exe on Windows, or run ./ProteomicsCoPYlot on macOS and Linux. The interface opens in your browser.

Security warning on first launch

Beta builds are not code-signed and macOS builds are not notarized, so your operating system may ask you to confirm before it opens CoPYlot.

Give it a minute

The first start unpacks the bundled runtime. Launch it once and wait for the browser tab to open. R is optional and only needed for VSN and limma.
